Our neighborhood is located on the north side of Lansing and surrounded by three active schools; Gier Elementary, Sheridan Elementary, and Otto Jr. High School (building closed 2012). Old Town and Turner Dodge Museum is just around the corner.
There are chains of businesses along Old US 27 that vary from fast food restaurants to authentic grocery stores to auto repair shops and more.
The Gier Community Center is at the entrance of our boundaries which includes the Gier Park Baseball Fields, Capitol Area BMX Track, Filley Park, and St. Therese Church.
